Introduction

It stands to reason that, when selecting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) package, you must be sure that the software has the functions and features to support your organization. Unless you turn those functions and features into reality with a successful implementation, the benefits and savings that you think are there for the taking, won’t materialize.
